We also offer an online quotation system for Australia-wide capital cities for both airport transfers and corporate transfers for your convenience.

Hourly Rates

The following hourly rates cover a 10 km radius with a minimum two-hour booking requirement for various vehicle types and occasions. Any additional distance will incur extra charges based on kilometers.

Hiring Terms & Conditions

A) The minimum pickup fee is $88.80 for an Executive Car (4 pax only).

B) We offer 7 categories of limousines: Executive Car, European Sedan, Luxury SUV, Small People Movers, Large People Movers, Chrysler Stretch Limousine, and Hummer Stretch Limousine. Vehicle category bookings will dispatch the first available vehicle. Special requests for a specific car, limo, or colour may attract a higher surcharge.

C) A minimum two-hour booking is required for services such as Weddings, Sightseeing, Corporate Transfers, and Tours. Rates cover a 10 km radius from downtown. For longer distances, please request a custom quotation.

D) A 10-minute complimentary waiting period is included with your booking. Any additional waiting time is charged in 15-minute slots at the vehicle’s hourly rate.

E) Extra stops or detours will incur a fee ranging from $11.10 to $111.00 within a 5 km radius.

F) Requests for Baby Capsules, Child Seats, or Booster Seats will incur a $16.65 surcharge per seat.

G) Our \”Meet and Greet Service\” is available at Canberra Airport and seaports, where our chauffeurs will wait in the arrival hall with a name sign.

H) A 20% surcharge applies to bookings between 10 PM and 6 AM.

I) A higher surcharge is applied for Special Events such as New Year’s Eve, Canberra Stadium, Racecourse Events, and other major gatherings. Bookings for special events must be made under the Special Events Transfer Type to avoid cancellations or additional charges.

J) Canberra Limo reserves the right to cancel bookings in the case of vehicle mechanical issues or accidents. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

K) If your pickup is from Canberra Airport and your flight is delayed more than 55 minutes, your Stretch Chrysler or Hummer booking may be changed to another available vehicle if needed.

Pickup from the Airport

Canberra Domestic Airport: Chauffeurs will wait with a name sign in the designated pickup area and send an SMS with the vehicle details during the landing period.
Canberra International Airport: Chauffeurs will wait in the arrival hall with a name sign 20 minutes after landing.

Booking Cancellation Policy

  • 48+ hours before the booking: 25% cancellation fee.
  • 24-48 hours before the booking: 50% cancellation fee.
  • Less than 24 hours before the booking: Full booking cost charged.
  • Stretch Limousines and Mercedes Vans have a 50% cancellation fee if canceled within 7 days of booking confirmation.
  • No shows will incur a full booking cost with no refunds.
